程华，中国党员，博士研究生，由中国农业科学院研究生院和华中农业大学联合培养。安阳工学院副教授，担任细胞工程等教学任务，曾获得全院教学技能大赛一等奖（第一名）。科研工作主要从事棉花基因组学、转座子和小RNA研究等，主持省级科研项目2项，参加国家自然科学基金2项，发表学术论文十余篇，其中第一作者6篇，中文核心期刊5篇，SCI收录4篇，近三年Q1区2篇。
